On May 6-7, 2025, the HighFive project will host a study visit in Kortrijk, Belgium, focused on "Data & Its Challenges."

This event will bring together participants to explore real-world examples of data management in industrial food processing and manufacturing. The two-day program will feature visits to Veg-i-tec and Sirris, where attendees will delve into data capturing, architecture, and ownership challenges in Living Labs designed for industrial food production.

Day 1 will include engaging workshops, where participants will address real-life data challenges in breakout sessions. These sessions will encourage participants to empathize with different stakeholders, ideate solutions, and prototype their ideas through hands-on exercises. Evening activities will be dedicated to networking among partners, fostering connections and discussions.
